This Centre happens to be first of its kind in Bihar & Jharkhand, being the only Integrated Paediatric Neurodevelopmental Centre in this area, and has become a reality owing to his sheer determination.
Dr. Rahul Thakur has worked in the field of Neurodevelopmental Paediatrics, besides Paediatrics and Neonatology both in India as well as in U.K. He is Proficient in assessment as well as management of children with Complex Neurodevelopmental concerns like Autism, ADHD, Aspergers, Speech disorders, Cerebral Palsy etc. to name a few. He also has the expertise of leading Multidisciplinary assessments required for Neurodevelopmental concerns. After Post Graduate Specialisation in Paediatrics, while working in U.K. he developed special interest in Neurodevelopmental Paediatrics.He had been working as Associate specialist at the Edwin Lobo Centre for Neurodevelpmental Sciences U.k and Luton & Dunstable Hospital U.K.prior to setting up The children’s Neurodevelopmental Centre Patna.
